Sparkling Cucumber Water

This sugar-free, refreshing drink with cucumber, mint and lemon will help cool you down and keep you hydrated. Quick and easy to prepare.

Serves:  6

Dietary: suitable for vegan, lactose-free, coeliac, egg-free, nut-free

Preparation time: 10 minutes plus cooling

1.5 litres plain sparkling water

½ cucumber, sliced

20g mint leaves

1 lemon, sliced



  1. Put all the ingredients in a large jug.
  2. Chill in the fridge for about an hour to let the flavours infuse and serve.
