Cucumber and Mini Feta Bites

An easy and delicious savoury bite.

Serves:  2 – 3 people

Dietary: Vegetarian, egg-free, nut-free, peanut-free, gluten-free

Contains: Milk (feta cheese)

Preparation time: 10 minutes



1 large cucumber
6 teaspoons Feta Cheese
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp dried mint



  1. Crumble the feta cheese with olive oil and dried mint.
  2. Peel the cucumber and slice into ribbons.
  3. Wrap the cucumber stuffed with the feta crumbles.
  4. If necessary, use a toothpick to hold tight.

Instead of slicing the cucumber into ribbons, just cut it into thick slices and with a small spoon cut into the cucumber core just around 1 inch to make space for the feta crumbles.
Stuff the cucumber slices with the feta crumbles and add Tomato or pepper slices at the top.
