Nothing could beat the tuna or smoked salmon sushi, so what about enjoying it as a lighter snack bite.
Serves: 2 – 3 portions

Contains: fish (tuna, salmon) milk (mayonnaise, cream cheese), mustard
May contain: Sulphites (mustard)
Preparation time: 7 – 10 minutes
Ingredients
1 can tuna
1 tsp light mayonnaise or mustard
1 tomato, diced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 red onion, cubed
1 whole Lettuce
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Olive oil
Paprika and cumin
or Smoked salmon and cream cheese.
Method
- Use the lettuce leaves as a base.
- Mix the tuna, lemon, light mayonnaise, tomato and spices together in a bowl.
- Place a spoon full of the tuna mixture on top of each lettuce leaf and align the thin-sliced carrots on top of the mix.
- Wrap the lettuce leaf around the mixture.
- Your sushi bites are ready.
For the Smoked salmon and cream cheese sushi bites
- Use the lettuce leaves as a base.
- Spread the creamy cheese, cubes of onion and tomato, and add the salmon on top.
- Wrap the lettuce around the mixture and your bites are ready to enjoy.
