Healthy homemade mini sausage rolls

Healthy homemade mini sausage rolls

Enjoy these healthy homemade mince sausage rolls, perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make, high in protein and low in calories, which makes them the ideal snack. This recipe has been modified compared to your “typical” sausage roll to make it healthier. Wholemeal tortilla wraps are used to substitute for pastry and minced beef for pork sausage. These changes make these sausage rolls lower in saturated fat and salt and higher in protein and fibre.
