If you love chocolate mousse, you will love this recipe. It’s quick and easy to make and delicious to taste.
Serves: 5 small glasses

Contains: Milk (milk, cocoa powder),
May contain: Sulphites (dates)
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
2 ripe bananas
1 Tbsp, heaped, cacao powder
3 dates
2 – 3 Tbsp milk or unsweetened dairy alternative
To garnish; ground hazelnuts, dried coconut, shaved chocolate etc.
Method
- Blend together all the ingredients with a hand blender.
- Pour the mix into small glasses and garnish as you like.
