Avocado Chocolate Mousse

If you love chocolate mousse, you will love this recipe.  It’s quick and easy to make and delicious to taste.

Serves:  5 small glasses

Dietary: Vegetarian, egg-free

Contains: Milk (milk, cocoa powder),

May contain: Sulphites (dates)

Preparation time: 15 minutes



1 ripe avocado
2 ripe bananas
1 Tbsp, heaped, cacao powder
3 dates
2 – 3 Tbsp milk or unsweetened dairy alternative 
To garnish; ground hazelnuts, dried coconut, shaved chocolate etc.



  1. Blend together all the ingredients with a hand blender.
  2. Pour the mix into small glasses and garnish as you like.
