This cool, refreshing mock peach bellini is quick and easy to make with minimal ingredients. The perfect recipe to make with kids this Easter.

INGREDIENTS
200 ml peach puree (4 fresh peaches)
400 ml sparkling water
1 tsp lemon juice
12 Ice cubes
METHOD
- Blend the peaches until smooth.
- Add lemon juice to the puree and mix well.
- Pour 50 ml of the puree into each glass.
- Pour 100 ml of sparkling water into each glass and mix.
- Add ice to create a cool refreshment.
