Bumps on logs

A fun and healthy afternoon treat to go with any teddy bear picnic! The combination of fresh vegetables, cream cheese and tasty fruit is a yummy choice for teddies and kids alike.

Serves:  4

Dietary: gluten-free, wheat-free, nut-free, egg-free, vegetarian

Contains: milk (cream cheese), celery

May contain: Egg (cream cheese), sulphites (raisins)

Preparation time: 15mins

INGREDIENTS

4 celery sticks (washed & halved)
4 tsp cream cheese, full fat
16 blueberries
4 strawberry
Or about 40 raisins

 

METHOD

  1. Wash and chop the ends of the celery sticks and then cut them in half.
  2. Cut the stems from the strawberries and slice them into quarters.
  3. Fill the celery with cream cheese.
  4. Put the blueberries and the strawberries into the cream cheese in a pattern.
