A little creativity can provide your afternoon tea with a cake that is healthier and delicious. Traditional cakes have high sugar and saturated fat contents, while low in fibre and other nutrients. Our cakes have been designed to make these treats healthier.

Simple swaps can increase nutrients while reducing sugar content, such as fruit, vegetables or milk products. Fibre can be easily increased by using 50% wholemeal flour, adding dried fruit or vegetables. Saturated fat can be reduced by using blended butter spreadable, oil, banana or avocado as a substitute for butter.
